U11 girls Vs Taxandria
On July 21, the girls hosted Taxandria for the second time this season.
The girls knew that Taxandria always comes prepared, and therefore needed to come out strong. As the first half was fading, Chelsea was able to put the home team on the scoreboard, with the help of Sammy. The game continued with a 1-0 lead into the second half, with great chances by Erica, Abby, Sheana, and Kate. Victoria and Sydney played well up front, as Haylie controlled midfield, and Lilly and Meg held the defence squad together. As the final minutes of the second half ticked down, Sheana was able to hit the mesh, with an awesome setup by Lilly. Campbell was solid in net, and recorded the shut-out. The final score was 2-0 for the home team. Good work girls!
