It has been a good start to the season for the Seaforth Royal Canadian
Legion U10 boys team.
On Thursday May 24th, they travelled to Grand Bend for an evening game. Our boys came out strong with solid passes.
There were many battles to be won against the Grand Bend team. The boys had to keep hydrated playing with only 3 subs.
The boys found the back of the net seven times, with goals scored by Cohen, Bryce, and a penalty kick at the last minute by Rogan. All goals were assisted by our midfield and defencemen, Trystan, Ethan, Brody, Gabe, Arick & Joel who all maintained the pressure throughout the game.
Goaltending was shared by Rogan, Ryan, Cohen & Brody.
It was a warm night for the fans to enjoy the game and cheer on the St. Columban boys! Next week they travel to Nairn for another evening game. Keep up the good work boys. Thanks to our coaches B&B Schoonderwoerd!
