U11 Boys are heating things up!
The last two games the St. Columban U11 Boys have come out on top!
On June 25th the U11 Boys had their second match against South Huron at home. Although St. Columban dominated the first half, the South Huron boys continued to challenge in the second and give the boys in Green a run for their money. The final score was 8-5 for St. Columban with Jack Nolan leading the way with five goals while Jack Van Loon added two and Lucas Mahon a single.
July 2nd was another home game, this time the boys met up against Clinton #2. The boys battled the heat and no subs to pull out a 7-2 victory. Jack Van Loon and Emerson Gowan were top goal scorers with two goals a piece, while Brody Pawitch, Jack Nolan and Colin Smith each added one. Strong defense by Aiden England-Hunt and call-ups Luke Drost and Jason Fell. Lucas Mahon was strong in net fending off several good shots on net by the opposing team.
