U12 Girls vs Taxandria
On Thursday, May 24, the girls hosted the Taxandria Falcons.
The girls knew they had to be focused and strong in order to beat the physical play of the Falcons. Within a few minutes of the ball dropping, Kate M took charge and drilled the ball into the mesh. Not long after, Courtney followed suit, and notched a goal as well, with the help of Abby and Kate D.
The girls did not let up going into the second half, with Abby scoring a hat trick, and Lilly marking up two goals of her own. Assists going to Kate D, Jordyn, and Abby.
The final score was 7-0 for St.Columban, with the shut-out going to Sarah and Campbell.
