Season Opener Results in a Tie for U12 Boys
The St. Columban U12 Boys started their season on Tuesday, May 15th with a game against St. Mary's. The visiting team scored early in the game on a penalty kick, but the home team answered quickly as Vincent Voros found the net not long after. Jackson Dietz scored the second goal for St. Columban to finish off the first half. The second half resulted in a back and forth match which ended up in a 4-4 tie. Cole Wilson and Kyle Mills also scored for the home team. If the rest of the season continues like this, it's going to be an exciting year of soccer!
