Online registration now open for 2020 season!

Our new online registration form is now available on our website, under Registration Forms. Please complete a separate form for each player, but payment for multiple players can be submitted with one of the forms so that you only submit payment once. There are further instructions in the Payment Options section on the form.

In addition to online registration, we will still be holding in person registration on Saturday, Feb 29th from 9am - 1pm at the Seaforth Arena. A printable registration form will be posted to the site soon.

We are looking forward to another great season of soccer with our growing club!!
