Steps to Complete Before First Practice

1)Submit Rowans Law Online Form.
Under "Return to Play" tab on home page of StC website the following:
2)Submit Player Protocol Online Form.
3)Submit Parent Protocol Online Form.
4)Bring Signed Copy of Under 18 Waiver Form to first practice.
5)Bring Signed Copy of Declaration Form to first practice.
6)Check in at Entry Point to facility to confirm attendance and complete Covid19 Assessment Checklist.
Due to Provincial restrictions we encourage parents not to enter soccer facility, please drop off soccer player in "drop off zone" and come back and pick up player at end of practice in the "pick up zone". If you want to stay for practice we ask that you wait in your vehicle or wait outside the play area and maintain social distancing. Please only one Parent/Guardian to enter facility with player. No additional persons may enter.
