Co-Treasurer
We are looking for someone to assist our current Treasurer with various tasks, including:
- Reconcile Annual Registration Payments
- Oversee all banking functionalities
- Handle all incoming and outgoing payments
- Prepare Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare Annual Financial Statements
- Prepare Treasurer Reports for Quarterly Executive Meetings
- Help determine annual registration fee’s
- Prepare team budgets
- Process monthly Referee Payments
House League Equipment Manager
Mainly required at the start and end of the house league season, this role will:
- Organize and maintain the equipment for House League Soccer
- Balls and ball bags
- Cones, ball pumps, goalie gloves, etc.
- Determine any additional equipment that may be required
- Make sure all portable nets are in good shape and ready for the season
- Make sure all equipment is properly returned and put away at the end of the season
