St. Columban House League Soccer Registration 2021

This form is for players who want to register for house league soccer in St. Columban (U4, U6, U8 and Senior; born between 2008-2018).
**Note: players born in 2013 or earlier can register either for House League OR Travel (NHSL).

The season will run from approximately late May until mid-August and will depend on COVID restrictions. Masks will not be required while playing. Teams will be co-ed. Jerseys will be provided and must be returned at the end of the season. Games will be played once a week on either Sunday or Monday evenings, for 45-60 minutes.

*Due to COVID restrictions, teams may be limited in size and there is a possibility that not all players will have a spot on a team for their age group. We will do our best to accommodate every player who registers to find them a way to play soccer this summer.

A separate registration form must be completed for each player.

If you need to make alternate arrangements for payment, please email [email protected] Payment must be received for all players prior to the start of the season. Online payments must be submitted individually for each player in your household.

I give my child permission to participate in the minor soccer activities of the St. Columban Soccer Club. In case of injury, the player and parents or guardian herewith waive all claims of any nature against the St. Columban Soccer Club, Directors, Executive, Coaches, Managers and any volunteers.
