Competitive Stream: EMDSL Tier 1 and Tier 2, and higher leagues (note these are minimum standards only)

4	NCCP Make Ethical Decisions with evaluation	https://www.coachesontario.ca/calendar/	Need to register and search for "Making ethical decisions", there is both online and in-person courses. Online is interactive and participation is required.
