The undefeated U 14 boys lost their only game of the season in the final to Wingham 4-2 having them to settle for silver.
The boys routed Blyth 9-0 on July 19 in the third game of the post-season. Jesse Kemerink and Duncan Greidanus both scored two goals, with Connor Driscoll, Josh Fehr, Hudson Smith , Ben Henderson and Jared Smith added others.
The Victory earned the team a bye to the semi-finals, which they won 2-1 over Goderich on July 20. Goals were scored by Luke Vogels and Curtis Klaver, while outstanding goaltending waas provided by Nicholas Cripps, who played the game with a foot injury.
In the final later in the day, though, Wingham hnded the foys their first loss of the season, 4-2 at the most inappropriate time. Matt Feeney and Klaver scored in the loss
