Good job boys...a well deserved win!  It has been a rough road this season but you boys stuck it out with your heads held high.  You all have worked extremely hard, work well as a "team" and supported each other.  Great to see the passing and communication out there - that is a "soccer team".
The game against Goderich in Blyth was an evenly matched game Wednesday night.  We were tied 1-1 and then 2-2 and then 3-3 but we were able to score that last goal and hold out for the win 4-3.  It was a good game to watch.  Goals were scored by Liam (2), Adam and Jared with assists going to Adam (2), Bobby (2), Matt and Quinn.
Good luck next week against against Wingham!  Keep up the great sportsmanship!!

Wow - what a game boys!  The game against Goderich on Wednesday July 15 in St. Columban had us parents sitting on the seat of our lawnchairs!!  Even though we lost 3-1, it was a very intense game and you all played extremely well!  Right from between the posts through to the forwards, you ALL worked very hard and never gave up.  You all deserve a pat on the back.  Great way to end the regular season!  Keep up the hard work and good luck with the playoffs!

Game against Goderich in St. Columban on June 6/15 was a very back and forth game.  The boys were playing very well working as a team and us parents heard lots of communication out there.  Been a little tough the beginning of this season not being able to have the whole team out there each game but they are starting to work well together.
First half of the game was scoreless until just before the whistle was blown for half time, with a Goderich goal.  Soon into the second half, St. Columban scored tying the game by a goal from Clayton, assisted by Matt and Bobby.  But Goderich answered back with 3 more goals, making the final score 4-1.
Good game boys...keep up the hard work!
