Shamrock Tie Blyth
The Shamrock boys took on Blyth Monday night, and Blyth came out in a blazing start scoring 2 goals in the opening minutes.
The Shamrock battled back and with Ashton King and Ethan Meinen scoring late in the first half St. Columban was able to tie up the game at 2-2 at the break.
Daniel Reidy put the Shamrock ahead with a penalty kick goal, but Blyth battled back and were able to tie up the game late in the second half.
Kody Eisler and Wes Terpstra divided the goaltending duties and did a great job turning away numerous Blyth chances.
