Keeping the win streak alive
The last week has been full of soccer for the U15 boys our game against Clinton was a dominant game where we came out on top defeating them 6-1. Owen Taylor netted a hat trick with assists from Colin Campbell, Brayden Gridzak, and Jack Dolmage. Nathan Earl, Kyle Isler, and Brayden Vosper all netted singles with help from Brett Poirier, Kody O’Rourke, and Matthew McKee.

Friday evening we hosted Wingham where we came out on top once again. The boys worked really hard with lots of great passing. Owen Taylor opened the scoring once again with an assist from Bennett Smith and soon after Nathan Earl and Kyle Isler both netted one with assists from Basal Voros and Gavin Ricard. Darren Feltz managed to net the forth goal later in the second half with an assist from Dominic Voros and Kase Schoonerwoerd. In the final minutes of the game Nathan found the back of the net on another great shot and Kody O’Rourke was successful on a penalty shot to end the game. But we couldn't leave with a shutout because Wingham put up some great pressure and were able to net two past our goalie Josh Bedour who made some really key saves throughout the game.

This past week we traveled to Goderich where our goalie Matthew Crawford earned his first shut out of the season beating Goderich 4-0. Owen Taylor managed to get his second hat trick of the season with one of the goals being scored off a corner kick! Late in the second half Brayden Vosper won a battle in front of the net to score the forth goal for the night. It was a great effort by everyone and we will be back home next Tuesday against Wingham.
