U15 Boys, U15, 2018 (St. Columban SC)

After a very hard fought game the St. Columban U15 boys came out on top with a 3-2 victory against Clinton! Clinton was on the score board first but Kase Schoonerwoerd opened the scoring for us with a beautiful kick that tipped off the goaltenders fingers into the top corner of the net.

A solid team effort from the U15 boys lead them to a 6-1 victory over Wingham. Kody O'Rourke opened the scoring after successfully converting a penalty kick. A few minutes later Nate Earl put one in the back of the net with assists coming from Brayden Gridzak and Joe Hill.

The last week has been full of soccer for the U15 boys our game against Clinton was a dominant game where we came out on top defeating them 6-1. Owen Taylor netted a hat trick with assists from Colin Campbell, Brayden Gridzak, and Jack Dolmage. Nathan Earl, Kyle Isler, and Brayden Vosper all netted singles with help from Brett Poirier, Kody O’Rourke, and Matthew McKee.

Another strong showing from the boys on Wednesday May 30th against Clinton in St. Columban! Owen Taylor opened the scoring from a hard run down the side line and Darren Feltz scored soon after by blocking the goalies kick and putting the rebound in the back of the net. Colin Campbell scored on a pass from Brayden Vosper making the score 3-0 but Clinton responded by scoring off a really nice kick making the score 3-1. However, our team wasn't done scoring yet as Kody O'Rourke scored the last one off a really nice pass from Kase Schoonderwoerd. The final score of the game was 4-2 and our goalie ...

On Friday May 25th in St. Columban we had our home opener against Goderich and our team had a very dominant, well-rounded game winning 7-0. The scoring was opened by Owen Taylor followed by Colin Campbell who each found the back of the net twice. Nathan Earl also contributed two goals and Kyle Eisler netted one late in the second half. It was full team effort with our goalie Josh Bedour getting a shutout and many players receiving assists.
