U9 - Boys, U9, 2015 (St. Columban SC)

St.Columban U9 boys traveled to Goderich to play their #3 team Tuesday night. During the drive up it looked like we may have to postpone the game. Turns out things were good to go in Goderich. Both teams had short benches this week. It would be interesting to see who would out last the other.

St.Columban defeated Brussels 5-0 in U9 Boys soccer action Tuesday night. Ben O led the offensive attack with two goals. Singles were added by Cole W, Cohen M and James M. The defense had a solid night aswell. Jack N put on a clinic playing center back as he foiled the Brussels attack time and time again.  Jacob P and Quinn W were also a force at the back using their speed and determination to stop Brussels from scoring.  The playoff round robin has begun and will see our u9 boys playing a series of games featuring the top 5 teams in the league.  It should be an interesting month of ...

The U9 boys traveled to Lucknow Tuesday night and clinched top spot in the round robin play with a 10-0 win over Lucknow. Jackson D and Cohen M had two goals each while Ben O, Preston H, Cole W, Jack N, James M and Colin S each added singles. With the win St.Columban extended it's unbeaten streak to 8 games. 

The U9 boys improved their record to seven wins and zero loses with a 6-1 win over previously unbeaten Clinton in NHSL action on Tuesday night. The crowd was treated to a great contest that had action from end to end all night.

The U9 Boys hit the twine 11 times on Tuesday night as they rolled to a 11-1 victory over Goderich1.
