U12 Girls vs Lucan Clovers
On Thursday, June 7, the U12 girls travelled to Lucan to meet the Clovers.
As the girls worked through the first half, both teams seemed equally matched. Abby was able to gain the first point, with assists going to Sammy and Kate D. Near the end of the first half, Campbell, all alone, carried the ball to the 18 yard line, and drilled a shot over Lucan's keeper, to bring the score to 2-0. The second half would be no different, as St. Columban continued the fight, with Abby and Courtney each grabbing a goal.
Once again, Sarah stood strong in net, gaining another shut-out. Final score St.Columban 4, Lucan 0.
