Hat Trick for Poland
St Columban U18 girls traveled to Wingham on a humid July 12th. Sustained pressure early resulted in good chances but no marker. Midway through the half Lorren Poland found the back of the net on a nice feed from Kiara Whyte. Lorren scored again on a hard shot from outside the 18 yard line on a nice cross from Mikaylee Klaver. Impressive team work from from front to back secured the win with Lorren Poland rounded out the hat trick scoring on her own rebound midway through the second half. Solid play by call ups Sarah McCarthy, Samantha McCarthy and Kiara Whyte contributed to the win also.
