Post Season Win for U18 Girls
St Columban U18 girls squared off against Wingham, on July 19 in the opening game of post season play. The game was played in St. Columban. Mikaylee Klaver opened the scoring early on a nice feed from Emma Flanagan. Wingham answered right back with a goal a few minutes later. Khloee Eisler would score her first of two on a tic tac toe play from Maddie Hill and Lorren Poland. Khloee's second of the night came early in the second half on pass from Lorren Poland. Lorren added a goal of her own on a very nice individual effort to round out the score at 4-1 for the home squad. Exceptional effort by the St Columban team tonight, everyone came to play. The second game of the preliminary round goes July 26, in Blyth against Clinton/Blyth.
